Schedule
The presentations will be in either English or Spanish with simultaneous translation into the other language for keynote sessions. Breakout presentations will be in either English or Spanish.

No reservation will be confirmed without REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION VALUE TO ITF, nor payment of the conference package received within the above deadline.
No refunds of deposits on cancellations made after September 1, 2023

Transport and airport
Official transport from El Dorado airport, Bogota to the official hotel and vice versa is free on official arrival and departure days.
If required, participants must inform capacitacion@fedecoltenis.com at their arrival and departure time by October 20, 2023. If your itineraries are not received on that date, participants will not receive this service and must cover your transfer personally.
The cost of an airport/taxi is approximately US$12.
El Dorado International Airport, Bogotá is located 7.5 kilometers from the official hotel.
